## How It Works

1. Get a Starter Pack ($29 — includes bag + first pickup) or book a pickup ($19/pickup via plan)
2. Fill your ReSmart bag with anything that's not dangerous, wet or organic
3. Book a pickup via the app or website (3 clicks)
4. Leave your bag at your doorstep on pickup day
5. Your local ReSmart driver collects your items
6. Items are sorted, consolidated and sent to certified Australian recyclers — recycling costs are included in the price
7. 98% is recycled, reused or repurposed

## What We Pick Up

ReSmart is the only service in Australia that picks up virtually anything you want to get rid of responsibly. If you're unsure what to do with an item or want to guarantee it gets recycled — we're the solution. No need to overthink it: if it's not dangerous, wet or organic, we'll take it.

**Examples:** Soft plastics, e-waste (phones, tablets, cables, chargers), batteries, textiles, clothing, shoes, polystyrene, light bulbs, aluminium coffee capsules (Nespresso etc.), toys, books, small appliances, packaging materials, bubble wrap, blister packs, cosmetics packaging, stationery, CDs/DVDs, VHS tapes, mattresses, furniture, bulky household items, paint, solvents, medical equipment (if not contaminated), and more.

## Items We Do Not Accept

Food waste, organic matter, liquids, hazardous materials, gas bottles, chemicals, construction debris.

## Council Partnerships

ReSmart partners with local councils across Australia to offer free or subsidised recycling pickups to residents. Partner councils include Penrith City Council, Camden Council, North Sydney Council, Sutherland Shire Council, Waverley Council, and others.
